PEACE,

Action Alert: The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)

This communication is to inform everyone in the community that a very important bill was signed by president Obama on Dec 31st, which greatly effects our civil rights.

  • If you are missing fingers from your hand?
  • If you have guns in you home?
  • If you have ammunition that is weather proof?
  • If you have 7 days for food in your house

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a law that grants the U.S. military the "legal" right to conduct secret kidnappings of U.S. citizens, followed by indefinite detention, interrogation, torture and even murder. This is all conducted completely outside the protection of law, with no jury, no trial, no legal representation and not even any requirement that the government produce evidence against the accused. It is a system of outright government tyranny against the American people, and it effectively nullifies the Bill of Rights.

NDDA is clearly against all human rights and must not be allowed to stand.   VMPAC urges each one of you to to speak up against this unjust bill by calling and/or sending an message to President Obama stating your displeasure.

You can do this by either:
You could be potentially suspected as a terrorist, and sent to Guantanamo bay and have no right to due process
Committee hearing were done in secret.
only 14 elected officials voted against it.

Here is how you can find out if, your representative voted in favor of this act?

US Senate

US Congress

Please remember to be polite, and please encourage others in your close circles to do the same.  Following is a sample email to be used as a guideline:

    Sample Email:
    Mr. President,
When America voted for change, we did not vote for our Constitution and Bill of Right to be violated by the one person entrusted to protect them.  We did not expect our President to fall victim to the power hungry who would seek the to empower our government with a false right to violate the free speech and human rights of any person, much less American citizens.  The National Defense Authorization Act should have been vetoed, and it signing ushers in the means to end our Republic and bring the beginning of dictatorship.  It is a shameful stain on America and we the people will not accept our right being taken for granted.

    Waslaams and best regards,
    The VMPAC Officials
