Very Sad News - Janazah for our Brother Mukhit Hossain

Inna lilahi wa inna ilahi rajiuun
وَقَدِمْنَا إِلَى مَا عَمِلُوا مِنْ عَمَلٍ فَجَعَلْنَاهُ هَبَاء مَّنثُوراً
"And We shall turn to whatever deeds they did (in this life), and We shall make such deeds as floating dust scattered about."

It is with a very heavy heart that I forward the message below, concerning the passing of Br. Mukit Hossain yesterday.   


 Innah Lillahhi Wa Innah alaihi rajaoon.
The funeral prayer for Br. Mukit Hossain will be held tomorrow Sunday Nov 28 at ADAMS Main Center after Zuhr (12:45) prayer
ADAMS Main Center - 46903 Sugarland Rd. Sterling, VA 20164
From DC: going westbound on Rt 267
• Take Exit 11(Fairfax County Parkway) and go right Go North towards Sterling 
• Take a left on Wiehle 
• Take a right on Dranesville Rd 
• Take a left on Sugarland Road 
• After a block, Take a left into ADAMS Main center(on the left side)
After the Janazah Sun Nov 28 - 12:45pm at ADAMS Main Center

• Born in Bangladesh , was chief operating officer at Optical Band. He and his wife have two young children. .He Emigrated from Bangladesh in the 1970s, he went to North Carolina State University MA , Economics and then to Duke University BA , Economics, Mathematics, Philosophy.
He was living in Loudoun County, just recently moved to Spotsylvania to start a goat farm; he has long devoted himself to helping lift up those in difficult circumstances. He founded Food Source, a local charity, Project Hope and Harmony, Foundation for Appropriate and Immediate Temporary Hope (FAITH), he co-founded the subgroup Project Hope and Harmony, drawing together public officials, diverse faith-based organizations and other nonprofits to develop an acceptable place for day laborers to congregate, ensuring that the laborers and other poor have enough warm coats and food for this season.and previously he was heavily involved with The United Way's Operation Breakthrough. Brother Hossain also serves on the board of trustees of ADAMS Center, a large mosque and education center. He heads up the national Muslim-American Political Action Committee as well. 

He will be dearly missed,
May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala forgive him for his sins and be merciful to him in his grave and grant him firdaws al 3ala as him first and only abode, aamen

And may Allah ta'ala protect those children and grant them fiqh of deen and save them from the fitnah of the kuffar, aameen

May Allaah(swt) grant your family sabr.
